We are delighted to introduce a special guest to the farm on July 30th, Christina Connick, an artist and dedicated art educator with 20 years of experience, will be teaching the expressive qualities of watercolor using our fresh cut flowers as inspiration. All levels of talent are welcome as Christina has a nack for accompanying students step by step, bringing vision to fruition, giving confidence to all. Enjoy the evening light on the farm, amongst the flower rows, discover natural beauty, and replicate that beauty with art.

Christina Connick discovered her love for art at a young age and spent her childhood years dedicated to developing her artistic skills. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Art Education from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2006 and her Masters in Art Education from the Art of Education University in 2021. She currently teaches K-12 in a rural school district in eastern North Dakota.
As an artist, Christina’s passion lies in replicating the raw natural beauty of our North Dakota surroundings, bringing landscapes and scenes to life with her unique artistic vision. She explores all types of media but has a special love for watercolor, colored pencil, and earthenware clay.
Christina lives with her husband, Bryce, and five children near Portland, ND.
